Josh Shepheard – REAL DEAL
It takes much courage to present a real deal and this month is no exception. Josh is an experienced builder who has morphed his skills into the world of property investing and what a massive advantage it’s been!

Josh has got a great little 1 into 3 project in Mudjimba where he is renovating the existing house and building two townhouses out the back.

Like all Real Deals, you’ll see the numbers, before and after photos, the mistakes, the challenges with council and how to overcome all these speedbumps.
