    Hi everyone,

    I was just wondering if anyone knows any banks that do not require a directors guarantee for a property that is positively geared.

    If someone could please name these banks (Steve says some banks offer this) and the requirements for lending, could you please let me know as I have the 20% deposit required but preferably do not want to be personally liable in any way.

    There are none in Australia as far as I know
