Surveying – What When and Why on your development project

Come along to our LAST MEETING FOR 2022.

If you’re doing property developments or want to do developments, you’re almost certainly going to require a surveyor, understanding what you need surveyed, when you need it surveyed, and why you need it surveyed can help you to save time and money in your development project.

This month, we will have Chris Hill, from C&A Surveyors coming along to talk about

    •            Survey pitfalls in the development process

    •            Dealing with Councils and Private Certifiers

    •            What type of survey do you need?

    •            Why use a registered surveyor?

    •            How to avoid Council entirely

Chris Hill is a Registered Surveyor at C&A Surveyors with over 30 years of experience in the land development industry.

Chris Graduated from Newcastle University in 1997 and was registered with the Board of Surveyors in 2007. He regularly presents and educates in industry events as he is a specialist across mine sites, construction and cadastral surveying, subdivisions, set outs, boundary identifications and plan of easements.

Chris is highly respected in the industry and Since 2008 has sat as the current Chair of the Institution of Surveyors – Sydney North Group.

He is currently 6 months away from completing an Executive MBA.

Chris is happily married with two teenage children and has been living in Sydney since 2001.
