I’ve had a fair few downloads of this spreadsheet so thought I would share. This one allows you to plan up to 10 properties and get 20 year projections on cashflow and performance. If this is something that you are interested in you can download here:

Email Me | Phone MeI used to use spreadsheets like this too (this one looks pretty solid btw), but I always found them a bit clunky when trying to run quick numbers on my phone.
A friend of mine is actually building a simple app called Propsnap for that exact reason — it helps calculate ROI and cashflow quickly, no Excel needed. I’ve been testing it out and it’s been pretty handy so far.
