    Dear property investor,

If you plan to profit from a townhouse development project, choosing the right architect is one of the most important first steps.  A good architect can help you create a great, cost-effective design that will excite your target market – but also meet council requirements and not blow the project budget.

I have invited project architect, Gerald Lock from {Co-lab} Architecture to come and share his knowledge specifically on townhouse design and how to use an architect effectively.

    Gerald will cover:

How and when in the development process to engage an architect, including:
-> what’s involved in properly briefing the architect
    – the end-to-end architectural process
    – “value management” to keep construction costs down
    – What makes a great townhouse design
-> The essential elements of good practical floor plans
-> If you’re into property development, or considering any future development project, then you can’t afford to miss this session!

    About Gerald Lock

Gerald Lock from {Co-lab} Architecture is an ARBV registered architect with over seventeen years’ experience in the residential & hotel sectors, having worked on projects in eight countries in Australasia, Europe and the Near East.

Gerald has a solid foundation of practical experience, a working knowledge of local planning and building regulations and a network of trusted consultants and collaborators. He enjoys bringing clients’ visions to realisation, working closely with them from initial concepts to built form, pushing the boundaries while still respecting the place the project is ultimately grounded in.

Come and meet Gerald in person, and network with other investors who are currently buying, developing, renovating and selling in the property market today.

It doesn’t matter if you are new to property investing or have tons of property experience – there will be someone that will have a great answer to any of your questions.

You are welcome to bring along friends or relatives who are interested in property investing – it is all about networking with like-minded people!
