    Hi I am looking for an SMSF broker who can help me in securing a loan. We have a combined 220k in super and would like to invest it in property here in Melbourne.

    As Terry mentioned sounds like a fairly straightforward deal depending on a few things.

    Currently rates in the high 4’s out there with lvr’s to 80% so has become competitive again with a few lenders.
