    Hi,

Could anyone please share what are some of the softwares which we can subscribed to which can walk us through a potential real estate deal to determine whether it’s going to be profitable or not based on specific outcomes?

I understand Dymphna Boholt offers her own proprietary software if you’re her students. I wonder what are some of the reputable and easy ones where we can subscribe to on a monthly basis?

    Thanks,

    Lily

A really good and widely-used Australian ‘off-the-shelf’ computer program for the financial feasibility study of property development projects is Feastudy. It is sold by Devfeas Pty Ltd and you can find out more information about it from here: https://devfeas.com.au .

DB uses John Bone’s Grid Variance analysis software. You can see him demo it on you tube. Don’t know how much it costs.
