    Dear Property Investor,

It’s an unfortunate reality that building contracts sometimes go bad.

Too often the builder runs many months late, building work isn’t up to scratch, and the developer is put under financial stress while construction drags on.

It’s only when things go wrong that the home owner or developer discovers (too late) that their “standard” building contract heavily favours the builder, leaving them with little recourse.

But there are things you can do to protect yourself.

Whether you’re planning to build your dream home, undertake a major renovation, or take on a multi-unit development, join Simon Buckingham from Results Mentoring on Thursday evening (12 November) @ 7pm AEDT for a special webinar with property law expert Lewis O’Brien on “Why building contracts are unfair!”

Lewis will be examining why building contracts are so one-sided and, most importantly, what you can do to make sure your building contract is fair.
