    Hi all,

I have had a property for a few years now, but found issues in its foundations. It’s not obvious that you can get to the foundations at all to be honest.

The foundations are common property, but there is a bunch of building regs that have not been adhered to and so need to be fixed. What are the courses of action you people would go through? The property is 20 Years Old.

What is the best way of finding who the builder and/or surveyer?

    Hmm, interesting issue mate,

So firstly this is a potentially complex legal issue that you would need specific professional advice.

It would be an expensive exercise to follow through with depending on what outcome you’re after?

there are lots of cases & lawsuits against x y & c to recoup damages you incur.

there are lots of cases you can review to get a basic understanding but go seek some legal advice
