Welcome to the South Melbourne Property Meeting Group.

My name is Tony Lambrianos and I facilitate the South Melbourne & Bulleen Property Meeting Groups. I am a full-time property investor, entrepreneur, educator and mentor. My role as facilitator is to organise monthly networking events, and invite great property experts and experienced property investors to share valuable property information with you as guest speakers.

This can be a great way to expand your skills, gain introductions to high quality industry professionals (mortgage brokers, accountants, solicitors, property subdivision consultants, etc), and develop camaraderie with likeminded property investors who have pracical knowledge in implementing different strategies!

It doesn’t matter whether you are new to property investing or experienced, the meetings absolutely cater for everyone.

Having been involved in the property game for quite some time I find that one of the best ways to kick start a successful year is to think what you want to achieve in your property investing by the end of the year – and write this down. Next identify what you need to do in the next 30 days to stay on track to achieve this objective by December 2020.

MOST IMPORTANTLY – it’s essential to take action and find the motivation to keep going consistently month after month. The property meeting groups that I organise and run monthly in Bulleen and in South Melbourne provide the perfect platform to come together and meet other property investors, get inspired and take action.

Over the years I have have seen so many people who’ve come along to network with other investors end up working together on a property deal. They tell me that it was only because they came to the meeting that they had the opportunity to network and create the relationship that led to their successful deal.

Time: Networking from 6:30pm for a 7pm start, finishes 9pm
