    Hi,
    So my husband got talking to someone that was advertising Landmark Investments Australia in our local shopping centre, since then has had a couple of phone calls wanting to come to our house and talk about SMSF (property investing). I am a little sceptical as I have never heard of them.
    Has anyone ever dealt with them?

    From a quick look at their website it appears they are either developers marketing their own stock or they are marketers paid by developers selling new stock. You are right to be sceptical and if this is true they are not working for you they are working for the vendor. Proceed with caution.
