I am building 3 x townhouses in Melbourne.
I have been sent a building contract.
Is there a property lawyer that I should get to review this or should I read it myself?
Anyone have any experience with these so I can make sure I am not bitten in the backside?
Never done any building before so not sure what I should do next.
Any advice, input is appreciated.
