Hello,
I am a Brisbane-based property investor looking for a mentor on property investing who has had some property development experience. I have been investing in property in Brisbane for about 10 years and have recently completed a small 4 townhouse development. I feel that I’ve have had limited success given the amount of time I’ve been investing in property and would like to have someone to speak to on occasions to get advice, provide guidance or bounce ideas off.
Of course, it won’t be a one way street, nor am I looking for quick wins. I am willing to listen, learn and put in the effort to make things work and am looking for someone who’s ‘been there done that’ and be willing to impart some knowledge to someone who’s less experienced. In turn, I will also pay it forward.
