    Hello,

I am a first home buyer and planning to buy an established property for living in the next couple of months in Melbourne. I have shortlisted two suburbs Craigieburn and Hoppers Crossing.

I need to travel to City 5 days in week by train. Would you be able to share your views on these suburbs. Which suburb should I pick?

    Thanks

Vish the devil is in the detail,

I would pick the financially better deal, so if you could buy a property worth $500,000 for $300,000 then that trumps the area code.

the exacts of the deal far out-way the exact area.

    Does that make sense?
