Hi all, We are currently selling a property in regional NSW that is offering a return of over 12%. We have listed it on realestate.com.au but finding it hard to target investors that are after cashflow positive properties like this. It is such a good income returning $825pw but I am unsure how investors can find it on realestate.com.au if they don’t search for the town etc.. Does anyone know of website out there that is specifically for selling cashflow positive investments. Thanks Matt
Maybe try some of the property investor facebook groups. A lot of people share deals and properties on there. Best of luck with it all.
