We are expanding our business and are encouraging applications from like-minded individuals to fund small to medium development projects in regional Victoria (Bendigo & Ballarat). We operate a 50/50 profit sharing model in which our JV partner funds 100% of the costs and financing and we conduct 100% of the project from site selection through to release of titles. We currently have 2 projects available in the Bendigo region:
– An old house on a large block, feasible to complete a 4 lot subdivision, all street frontage allotments. Requiring allocation of $205,000 to be released over a 6 month period with expected profit of $125,000 ($62,500 each)
– An updated home on a medium block, feasible to complete a 3 lot subdivision with the construction of 2 townhouses. Requiring allocation of $182,000 to be released over a 9 month period with ability to finance an additional $380,000 for further construction after subdivision. Expected profit of $140,000 ($70,000 each)
