    Hi experts,

    Where and how can I find out builder of a property before buying it?
    Is there such a database or site that specialising in providing such info?
    The info is most relevant for properties within the builder’s warranty period
    obviously and I want to make sure I have enough info to sus out the builder
    before parting with money.

    If you have access to RP Data, there is a section that covers any DA’s. It notes the value and applicant. It works in WA, but may vary across other states due to privacy regulations.
