    Hi everyone,

    I’m looking at renovating a rather run-down property in Ballarat and surrounds. House is still sound.

    Does anyone have a good recommendation for a carpenter in Ballarat. I’m trying not to simply go online and pick anyone I find. A good recommendation would be preferred.

    what do you want them to do?

    also, contact every single company that works within that area, organise quotes/rough quotes, ask questions, the best way to find the right workers is to give them the smell test and create a bonus if your paying them day rates and give them a fair time to finish with a $200 bonus on that day.

    could save you large money (day rate over the whole job)
    also remember laborers are cheaper for general work.
