    What % profits are typical with simple subdivision projects? ie splitting into two?

    Personally, I wouldn’t go near it if it’s not at least 20% profit when doing ‘back of a napkin’ calculations.

    Brisbane small lot development is yielding low margins. However, some suburbs outside of Brisbane is showing good margins.
