It’s been a while since I put the feelers out so….. I am still looking for Rick Ottens’ Massive, Passive Property Pack complete, whole and in its entirety.
Big ask I know as the material appeared 6 or 7 years ago. Perhaps one of you property tragics
out there may have one gathering dust at the bottom of a cupboard…. that you would like to sell.

I am also keen to see any material put out by the now defunct kiwi outfit Richmastery. I believe they were active over here, in Queensland in particular, prior to their demise. I believe some of their material was plagiarised but was effective in motivating and engaging enough to spur people into action.
