WELCOME to our first Brisbane Property Group meeting for 2018! It’s all happening on Tuesday, 30th January.

What’s in store this month?

Real Deal # 1

Nhan Nguyen from Advanced Property Strategies

Nhan Nguyen in his 20’s and with a university degree behind him, took a role with a property education company earning just $25,000 per annum. What he didn’t receive in cash he received in education, learning how to do deals, qualify leads and look for opportunities. He learnt how to tie up opportunities with little money and onsell the properties at a significant profit. He has now done more than 70 deals worth $20 million in total. In the past 24 months alone, he has done 29 property transactions using none of his own money.

He is presenting one of his own Real Deals this meeting, so make sure you’re in the room to hear from the master deal maker!

Just in case you haven’t experienced a Real Deal presentation before, here’s how it works:

The Real Deal segment is where a member or members of the group get up for 30mins and share their latest project!

You get to see everyday investors sharing all the thrills and spills of their deal. It could be a renovation, subdivision, development.. anything!

The presenter shares the feasibility numbers for the deal, the before, during and after photos, how they found the deal and most importantly, the mistakes they made along the way!

It’s truly outstanding to see someone bravely get up and reveal their entire project from start to finish, warts and all!

Blake Lanham from Lancon QLD

Blake fills the role of our recommended builder and is a part of some outstanding projects in the construction industry.

You’ll hear Blake talk about new builds, multiple dwellings, even renovations and extensions. That’s a lot to fit into his 30 minute allocation so make sure you’re ready to take notes! If you’ve got a stack of questions around building houses, units or townhouses, this is the presentation you want to be in the room for.

Real Deal # 2

Graeme Jarry from Q2 Developments

This month Graeme shares a 1 into 2 subdivision in the area of Wynnum North.

Graeme is a full-time developer now, having left a high paying job only 3 years ago. The beauty of Graeme’s work is that he Joint Ventures with “No Money Down”. This means Graeme is the time partner who finds the deal. He also manages the project and arranges the sale of the finished product for a share in the profits. Don’t miss this one!

What should I expect?

Expect to be welcomed with open arms, regardless of your level of experience. Expect to meet amazing people all on the same path. Expect to learn…. A lot!

You will have the opportunity to mingle, network, and have a cuppa with over 150 active property investors with varying skill levels. If that makes you a little nervous, that’s no problem; instead, why not chat to one of our amazing experts (think accountant, town planner, SMSF specialist…) who regularly present at these meetings – there’s always a few at the back of the room, and they love a chat!

Do I need to RSVP?

In short, yes! We have limited seating due to the size of the room, and it is first in, best dressed. If you reserve a spot, you are guaranteed a seat, simple as that.

What if I want to come to every meeting, what can you do for me?

Good question! We have a large number of our community members who do just that, so we have a special Gold Membership. This includes free entry for 12 months to ALL of our meetings (including Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast), plus you get the video recordings, audio and slide shows of each meeting in case you can’t make it.
