    Hi,

I need advise/help getting on the property ladder here in Australia (Gold Coast).

I am looking to buy a house on the Gold Coast as I am renting at the moment, I have recently obtained permanent residency and have decided Australia is the place for me hence my need to now buy.

I have little/no deposit to put down put have heard there are certain first time buyers and other creative schemes available.

Looking to get the ball rolling ASAP.

    Hiya

You need to a) save a deposit and b) show evidence to a lender that you can service the loan you’re applying for.

    Cheers

    Jamie

    Hi James

Welcome to the forum and hope you enjoy your time with us.

We work with a lot of First Home Buyers using a blended loan being a personal loan for the deposit & traditional finance for the balance of the purchase purchase.

There are a couple of lenders that specialise in providing Gap Finance so as long as you have regular income and good stability in relation to residency it is certainly possible.

    Cheers

    Yours in Finance
