    Hi,

    I have a land 469 sq meter on 356-360 Great Western Highway, Wentworthville.
    Frontage 31 mt and depth 15.7 mt.
    Planning to build Medical suite with underground parking.
    How much lease, I can ask for per annum ?
    What would be approximate construction cost with underground parking and escalator
    1) Reception and Waiting Room
    2) Kids area
    3) Consulting Rooms
    4) Treatment Rooms
    5) Staff Area (Breakout area)
    6) Office or space allocated for filing/Account Management
    7) Toilets

    Is their any off-plan leasing facilities real state agent provide?

    Are there any experts who can provide Market appraisal?

    Doubt you’ll find answers here for such specific questions…😬

    I would present the lease query to a local commercial REA and the build cost to a builder, ideally after you have sketch plans to show them. That’s at least what I would have done 😇
