Just wondering what tools you use for your investments.
Right now I’m using:
https://www.domain.com.au/property-profile to estimate the price of a property
and
https://www.realestate.com.au/ to find out what properties are being listed for buying/renting
And
checking Council websiteHas anyone got a subscription to any of the following and if so, what’s your thoughts?
1) https://www.realestateinvestar.com.au/
2) https://www.corelogic.com.au/Are there any other tools available? Maybe one that alerts you of potential development applications?
