    Hi,
    Im wanting to get into property investing. I have read that it is advised to purchase property in a trust. I’m just not sure which trust is best suited to me?

    I am doing this solo and have don’t have a partner/children.

    I’m probably looking at renting out properties as well as occasionally selling through simultaneous settlements.

    Any advice is appreciated :)

    seek legal advice as to ownership structure and don’t believe what you read – especially on trusts.
