    WELCOME to our 100th Brisbane Property Group meeting… it’s been 10 years in the making! It’s all happening on Tuesday, 26th September.

    Leon and Catherine Weber excite us with the next instalment of their successful transition to full time property developers.

    After their very unique “Gumtree Renovation” in Ferny Hills that netted them over $100k, Leon and Cat turned their interest to subdivision and development.

    This power couple have managed to achieve massive success with multiple projects on the go over the last 24 months but still managed to fit in a new baby and plenty of overseas travel.

    The best part is they are an awesome couple that are very willing to share all their experience including the challenges and the triumphs.

    We’re going to keep Leon’s Real Deal under wraps until the day of the meeting so all I’ll say at this point is the profit is substantial, the challenges were many and the twist in the project will blow your mind!

    Just in case you haven’t experienced a Real Deal presentation before, here’s how it works:

    The Real Deal segment is where a member or members of the group get up for 30mins and share their latest project!

    You get to see everyday investors sharing all the thrills and spills of their deal. It could be a renovation, subdivision, development.. anything!

    The presenter shares the feasibility numbers for the deal, the before, during and after photos, how they found the deal and most importantly, the mistakes they made along the way!

    It’s truly outstanding to see someone bravely get up and reveal their entire project from start to finish, warts and all!

    Matt Punter from Savings Centre

    This month, Matt is joining us to discuss the latest changes in the lending industry and how APRA are moving the goal posts.

    Matt will share his thoughts on how the landscape has changed in the finance world and why investors need to adapt to this ever changing component of property investing.

    What if I want to come to every meeting, what can you do for me?

    Good question! We have a large number of our community members who do just that, so we have a special Gold Membership. This includes free entry for 12 months to ALL of our meetings (including Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast), plus you get the video recordings, audio and slide shows of each meeting in case you can’t make it.
