The Coopers Gap wind farm, roughly 50km from Kingaroy, is set to proceed to construction. This is an $850 million project, and is currently set to be Australia’s largest wind farm upon completion. Construction is due to start later this year, with 200 construction jobs planned. Will be interesting to see what this does for the area.

Maybe they can buy tools from the Bunnings that’s also planned for Kingaroy!
