Murwillumbah Property Investors Networking Meeting – Tuesday June 20

Come to meet, discuss, exchange and share experience and knowledge with fellow Property Investors while benefiting from the varying skills of each other. So much fun to be had! No hard sales guaranteed.

Three key speakers in this meeting:

1 – “The Big Picture” (macro/wide-angle stuff):

Are investors to blame for raising property prices? What will happen if investors pull out of the market? Ethan Timor will present his data based views on investors role and place in the property market. Heads-up: Ethan is a known contrarian.

2 – “The Real Deal” (details of a project done by the speaker):

John Buckroyd is a professional Property Investor and he will share with us (with photos, lessons learned and yes, ALL the figures) a recent property purchase he completed. Buy, Reno, Sell! So much fun!

3 – “Down to Earth” (a property related professional, such as accountant, conveyancer, builder, pest inspector etc, giving tips and info from their end):

Michael Murray, from Byron Property Search, is a professional property Buyers Agent and a member of REBAA (Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia). Michael is based in Byron Bay and operates between Ballina and Tweed Heads. In this presentation, Michael will walk through techniques and skills required to researching and negotiating property.
