yesterday in a moment of weakness I actually accepted realestate.com’s never ending request to complete their survey.
One of the questions near the end was would I be interested in watching auctions live online. When I said yes, it then (from memory) gave me four or so reasons why I would be. Things like, entertainment, research with a view to purchase, general interest in the area, learn how an auction operates.
Does anybody know if this currently exists in Australia for a general observer, ie: not registered to bid online at that particular auction.
This would require a lot of resources to cover, so curious if anybody knows anything more about itI’ve seen this done by a few agents already using Facebook live stream etc. Fairly simple and it would give a huge benefit to those having to bid remotely via a proxy bidder.
