    Hi,
    I am looking for property software like rent manager but I need it to be able to be hosted in the cloud so my staff can access it- I don’t manage the properties myself just need something to keep all the records for tax

    Xero with add ons – (either pocket rent) or released
    Property tree is a online cloud based software (usually used by RE agents, slowly replacing the server based

    Pick your accounting software first there is heaps of add ons, for xero, quickbooks etc.
