My names Jarred and im 21 living in Perth and looking to by my first PPOR in the comming months and am looking to build a property investment portfolio in the future. So any advice or help for a property newbie would be great and i look forward to contributing to the fourms in the future.

Best advice is to get along to the forum meetups. Chatting with like minded people will teach you way more than any book or seminar ever will.

if you are interested in the Rockingham area, join our FB group Rockingham Property Investors, WA is very cheap at the moment, not sure when the tide will shift, or even if WA is a good hold and wait, but I have several IP’s near the beach. A typical meeting is 30-50 people, focusing on property investing. A typical meeting consists of a networking session, 15 minute presentation followed by a 1 hour presentation and then more time to network.
This months presenter is Jill McIntyre. She is a life coach. She will be talking about mind set and how to get out of your comfort zone. She is my coach, I highly recommend coming along. You will learn a lot about yourself.
