Hi, I have a few properties to do tax returns on. They all have existing tax depreciation schedules, drawn up when purchased. During the year, various items have needed to be replaced. Is this where scrapping comes in? Is it just a matter of presenting the receipt for the new item to the accountant and asking for it to be “scrapped”?
