We bought another house for investment. Its only a 64 sqm house and lot ( Poli End unit). The house has a 24 sqm meter floor area only. We bought it without a partition ( bare inside). Anyway, since we run out of budget for its improvement, I was thinking to borrow a loan from a bank or any other lending companies. I have no experience in doing so. What do you think? I would like to borrow around $5000 or more? Do you have an idea in borrowing and its interest rates?

The house is located in California. I already talked to one of the financial advisers. He helped me understand options and gave advise on how much money I can borrow for my loan. I am thinking to take this “option” but still undecided till I have discussed this with my wife. :) Thanks for your reply.

This is an Australian Forum so you might be better off fishing closer to home.
