I worked with David for a number of years and seen the residential commercial and development deals he’s sourced for himself and his clients – he actively doesn’t take commissions/kickbacks from other parties which you’ll see some other firms base their entire business model on.

I was interested in Silvertail as Nidal Rasheed appears to have the right credentials and experience. However if you have any suggestions or mentors / great buyers advocates you’ve used would appreciate recommendations

If so, do you mind enlightening some examples of the results you had?@nickyd – Josh Masters, myself & our other colleague Ben Weeding are all actual investors. Josh & Ben are more the “mentors” as well as seasoned buyers’ agents. We don’t generally advise our investors to buy off-the-plan, as it looks that Silvertail only specialise in, as you can compare it to a brand new car being driven out of a showroom: instant value decrease. BuySide only buys in Sydney & Brisbane so if you’re looking specifically for purchasing in South Australia, I’d look elsewhere for now.
