Im new on the property investing scene but am doing a lot to educate myself in the topic as I have a keen passion to get started. I’m Michael from Sydney, currently live in Singapore on work contract back in 8 weeks. I want to buy my first investment property below market value to earn a bit of capital for a subsequent property later in the year. Is capital growth, rental yield the two main things to look out for as a good deal? Where did you guys go for help on anaylsing deals because Im a bit nervous about screwing it up! Sorry one last question – What are your thoughts on buying interstate for a buy and hold property?
