    Hi,
    I’ve come across a property where the owner is very motivated to sell. Its a possible renovation for profit opportunity in WA. Is this forum the appropriate place to advertise these deals or is this forum more for property education purposes? Regards Gavin.

    Hi Gavin,
    We are all about education – the only sales we allow mentioned are where people have books, courses or other tools they wish to move on. That is what Buy Swap and Sell forum is for – not for IP deals. And hey, thanks for asking first !!
