    Still trying to get my head around how to setup our strategy in order to overcome maxed out on my borrowing capacity. How does Individual loan splits and setting up line of credit will help in this scenario? I didn’t have this setup in the first place and only aware of these terms until i joined this forum.

    Without sounding biased – your best option is going to be to discuss your structure with a good broker. There’s plenty around here.
