    Hi

    Could some one let me know what the situation is when the contract of sale has one lot of inclusions and the current tenancy agreement (property purchased subject to current tenancy) shows a number of other inclusions that I am assuming were put there by the current owner. I am trying to get clarification from the real estate who want me to sign a new tenancy agreement with them, but wont answer my question as to whether those extras that I found out about after the contract was signed, are included and are to remain there.
