Hi All – Just wondering if any property experts can give their opinion on two Gold Coast Suburbs. We have properties in both Merrimac and Upper Cooomera. The property at Merrimac is an IP. We are seeing growth in both areas and we are considering selling the Merrimac property due to a good offer that has come forward. Does anyone think its worth taking the offer now or do you feel there will be more growth in that pocket in the next few years? Same with Upper Coomera – hold on or just sell in the next 3 to 12 months?
Thanks everyone in advance. Love this forum.

Merrimac one is probably valued today at 445 but the area has been growing at 10% in the last few years and expected to grow. Potential buyer is offering low 500.
Upper coomera one is probably valued at 625.
    Thanks

Sorry forgot to add – the IP is a 3 bedroom home. About 15 years old. Fairly good condition. Limited supply in that area of stock. Very low vacancy rate.
Upper coomera is a 4 bedroom home with multiple living areas and great views.
