'Real Estate Is A Team Sport'

Heads up indeed new and aspiring property investors! I wrote a book for you titled, ‘Real Estate is a Team Sport.’

In my experience it is the humans who will fail you resulting in financial loss on an investment property. The best time to protect yourself is pre purchase. Do that by recruiting a very specific ‘A-team’ before you sign a COS. This takes time and effort and is not the sexy side of property investing. I accept that after 17 years in the real estate game I do not have all of the answers. I rely on my team to support me.

Learn to identify (and laugh at) the spruikers and the gurus. Move forward with confidence knowing that you are not alone. Start small and grow. There is no get rich quick.
