Im current going through a battle with a Financial Planning Company, that has given a 12month Rental Guarantee on a property which we purchased 2014, in QLD. The guarantee was given if the property became vacant within the first 12 months after handover, I placed a claim with them in October 2015,and dont seem to be getting any compensation. They claim that they only pay on Quarterly Basis, this time has passed considerably. Is there someone who can advise on how i may be able to legally demand this payment. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Helma
