Hello,
Looking for a good property management company, I just bought an apartment in South Melbourne. Also, I don’t have experience with property management, any suggestions on how to select a good agent is appreciated. To make things a little more difficult, I won’t be able to meet with the agent (I’m not local).The real estate company we bought the apartment from, Elite Real Estate, claims to be experts and reasonably priced (surprise surprise). Anyone had any experience with them?

Elite generally deal and sell with chinese or foreign investors, if you bought off them – I suggest you go elsewhere. Sam from Qura will take care of you for sure.

Redwood, you were right on the money. The seller I bought from was Chinese, and the real estate agent was also Chinese (and I live in China, so go figure).
