    Hi,

I am new to this site and i have a question about VF…

I currently have a unit in Townsville (North Queensland) that i brought in 2008 (bad timimg lol) for 215k and then shortly after moved to Brisbane. Being pretty young when i brought it i wasn’t sure what to do, so i just held onto it and have rented it out these past 7 years. Recently i have become more interested in getting into PI and now realise that that probably wasn’t the best thing to do, especial since i have only been paying the interest off as well. I owe 205k on it now and if i was to sell it today i would probably struggled to get 160k for it. Which is what has lead me to look for other alternatives such as VF or Lease-to-buy options.

I am really looking for some guidance as to what the best move will be so i can kick start my PI career!

    Thanks in advance.
