Our son would like to follow in our footsteps of being a Property Developer and we though 2-3 days in a Real Estate office might be a good place to spend time doing work experience. It could also include spending time in the Property Management area doing property inspections and looking through tenant applications etc.
Just wondering if anyone has some other ideas of what would be useful. He just wants to spend the week with us but we don’t feel that would be beneficial.
Pete thought a Property Valuer could be another idea. Look forward to hearing your thoughts.
All of those fields are involved in developing. Building as well. Perhaps do some in each.
