I am looking at companies in Melbourne who can get a property ready for building townhouses. I intend to have a hands off approach and just pay a one stop shop, and hopefully end up with plans and permits ready to build. Looking on the net i have seen Pillar to Post look quite good, has anyone on here dealt with them? Or other similar companies? Thanks in advance.
