Hi everyone,
My husband and I are in need of legal advice regarding our investment property that is taking over 2 years (and still not complete) to be built. The property is located in Parkes, NSW. We live in QLD so if anyone could please recommend any reliable lawyer in NSW who specialises in Home Building Law, that would be really appreciated.
We have gone through NSW Fair Trading already, however they can only assist with building compliance matters and we do need to go for Civil / Tribunal if we are to try to recover any financial damage. There is a middle-man, “Members Alliance” who sold this property to us and the builder is “Image Building Group”.
We really hope someone could assist in finding a lawyer. Thank you!
