Hello. Wondering, if anyone has any suggestions for vacant land of some 38 acres on the Mornington Peninsula (Victoria. 1hour and 15 mins from CBD). The land is NOT sub divisible.
Moving a house onto it. But ned to get water, electricity etc connected.Costs ??? Costs to move a house etc ???
Renting it out for horses, cattle. Anyone who knows how to approach this with legals, rent etc ?
any other suggestions welcome.

Plenty of large vacant land available nowadays. Great investment too seeming the Mornington Peninsula is the 2nd top growth area in Australia having had a price growth of more than 18% in the past year.
