Hello. Wondering, if anyone has any suggestions for vacant land of some 38 acres on the Mornington Peninsula (Victoria. 1hour and 15 mins from CBD). The land is NOT sub divisible.

    Considered:

Moving a house onto it. But ned to get water, electricity etc connected.Costs ??? Costs to move a house etc ???

Renting it out for horses, cattle. Anyone who knows how to approach this with legals, rent etc ?

    any other suggestions welcome.

    Thank you

Hobby farms perhaps or renting out to adjacent farmers.

Moving a house onto the land can be quite an intensive activity in terms of effort and cost – we’ve funded quite a few of these which can range anywhere from 50-100k dependent on the services available and required by the council.

Plenty of large vacant land available nowadays. Great investment too seeming the Mornington Peninsula is the 2nd top growth area in Australia having had a price growth of more than 18% in the past year.
