Just wondering if any has had any experience with the Binvested team and their buyers agent service. Looking at QLD for my next purchase and won’t have the time to fly up and down looking at properties, I also enjoy learning from the agents being new to investing. What were your thoughts if you’ve had experience? Alternatively any recommend buyers agents servicing gold coast Brisbane area.

Mark.Be wary is all I can say… have heard stories of their bank valuer guy overvalue properties significantly http://australianpropertyforum.com/topic/10077322/1/ and providing a cookie cutter approach to buying for all their clients. There’s a good few threads on other property forums you could find with a quick Google search ;)

At the moment due to demand our Buyers Agency service only covers Brisbane.
We are looking at adding the Gold Coast with the Commonwealth Games coming up but won’t be for another year.
