    Just wondering how to lower the land tax bills apart from buying interstate, as there is only one free land tax thresholds that we can have in each state? Not sure how other ppl with 50+ properties deal with their land tax?

    depends on the state. In NSW a couple could potentially get up to 6 separate land tax thresholds. in QLD it is potentially unlimited.
