    Hello All,

    I have a client who has borrowed directly through ANZ. Long story short, she is not been looked after and the bank is very much looking after their interests, not hers.

    Has anybody out there used a New Zealand Based mortgage broker that they rave about? If so can you pass me the details.

    David, unless they are NZ based you probably find they won’t hold appropriate licenses to deal with NZ lenders.

    Similar to Australia NZ has its own Credit License regeme.
